At Address Projects Home Appliances, we strive to provide a safe and flexible shopping experience while protecting the rights of our valued customers. This policy explains the return and exchange procedures in a clear and transparent manner and is directly related to our Delivery & Pickup Policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers.
Important Notice: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery, especially sensitive items such as televisions and electronic appliances, before signing the delivery confirmation.
Any damage, breakage, or visible defect reported after signing the delivery receipt will not be the responsibility of the institution.
This inspection step is part of our Delivery & Pickup Policy and is essential to ensure the product was received in proper condition.
Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and unopened, and remains in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, and ation are included.

The product will be inspected by the institution before approving the exchange.

The customer bears the shipping costs related to the exchange process.
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been opened or used.

The request is based solely on a change of mind without a manufacturing defect.
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

The product will be inspected within 1–3 business days before approving the return.

The customer bears the actual shipping cost for the return process.
In Case of Manufacturing Defect
If a manufacturing defect appears during the first use:

The original packaging must be retained.

If the packaging is not available, the product may be transferred to authorized warranty service or maintenance.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 3–5 business days.
Return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been opened or used.

The product is not in its original condition or missing accessories.

The return request is based solely on a change of mind.
Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before shipment, with payment gateway fees deducted if applicable.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the Return Policy will apply.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.
