Delivery Time
Within Jeddah:
Delivery is made within 24 hours to 14 days from order confirmation, depending on product availability and delivery scheduling. Deliveries are handled by the institution’s dedicated delivery personnel to ensure speed and service quality.
Outside Jeddah:
Delivery takes 3 to 14 business days via our shipping partner, FLO Logistics.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors such as product availability, peak seasons, official holidays, or operational circumstances. Customers will be notified of any updates regarding delivery. The institution is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, official holidays, or third-party shipping issues.
Branch Pickup Option
Customers may choose to pick up their order from one of our authorized branches within Jeddah, subject to product availability.

Pickup appointments are coordinated with the customer.

Customers must present the order number or valid ID upon collection.

It is recommended to contact Customer Service prior to visiting to ensure the order is ready.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the branch and reporting any issues immediately.

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and displayed during checkout.
Outside Jeddah:
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and distance, displayed on the payment page.
Promotional Note: Free delivery may be available during special campaigns.
Return Policy During Delivery
