Delivery Time

Within Jeddah:
Delivery is made within 24 hours to 14 days from order confirmation, depending on product availability and delivery scheduling. Deliveries are handled by the institution’s dedicated delivery personnel to ensure speed and service quality.

Outside Jeddah:
Delivery takes 3 to 14 business days via our shipping partner, FLO Logistics.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors such as product availability, peak seasons, official holidays, or operational circumstances. Customers will be notified of any updates regarding delivery. The institution is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, official holidays, or third-party shipping issues.

Branch Pickup Option

Customers may choose to pick up their order from one of our authorized branches within Jeddah, subject to product availability.

Pickup appointments are coordinated with the customer.
Customers must present the order number or valid ID upon collection.
It is recommended to contact Customer Service prior to visiting to ensure the order is ready.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the branch and reporting any issues immediately.

Delivery & Pickup Procedures

Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery or pickup schedule.
In case of inability to reach the customer, delays outside our control may occur.
Upon receipt, inspect the product immediately, especially sensitive items like screens.
If there is any defect or damage, contact Customer Service before signing for the order.
Delivery appointments can be rescheduled by coordinating with Customer Service.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Within Jeddah:
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and displayed during checkout.

Outside Jeddah:
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and distance, displayed on the payment page.

Promotional Note: Free delivery may be available during special campaigns.

Return Policy During Delivery

If a product is received defective or damaged, contact Customer Service immediately for instructions.
Customers are entitled to return or exchange the product according to the institution’s return and exchange policy.

Delayed Delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond the expected date, please contact Customer Service.
The institution makes every effort to deliver on time but is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.
